What is the Price/significance of this 1979 E-Pluribus-Unum coin in a necklace?

So my family and I were going through some really vintage jewelry and I found some really cool stuff (lone ranger badge from 1939 and more :3) here is a close up picture i took of it

Does anyone know it’s significance of it being in a necklace and how much it is worth? I couldn’t find anything with Google

The coin in the necklace is a common 1974 Eisenhower dollar. Because of the wear and the damage that results from putting a coin in a jewelry bezel, it’s only worth a dollar.

The real value, if any, would be in the necklace itself. You’d have to take that to a jeweler to get it appraised.
